Cardio Group Classes
Combo Circuit This 60 minute workout is a mixture of aerobic and conditioning exercises focusing on muscle strength, endurance and cardiovascular training. This top notch class utilizes most of the equipment we have in the aerobics room. All levels are welcome. Hi/Lo Combo This is a 60 minute cardio endurance class combining different levels of impact which can be modified by the participant. The last 15 minutes are toning and stretching. Power Cardio This class is designed for exercisers who want to burn fat and improve their cardiovascular capabilities by incorporating plyometrics using the step and light weights. This is a solid, easy paced and effective workout. |
